This is a relatively new offering, and is the same basic paddle as the Standard. The difference is that this paddle is made to be somewhat more rugged and is a little heftier-- for those who are more concerned with durability. Its about an ounce or so heavier, so maybe 23-4 ounces overall. The layup is Tulip and Maple. Its a wonderful paddle at this price!!
